Father, 29, says to child support court that he has 21 kids

This is a story of a man in Tennessee who claims that he never planned to have 21 children and that it "just happened." Liberals are wondering whether neither he nor any of the 11 mothers that he impregnated were versed in either birth control or abstinence.  They wistfully mourn for the lost concepts of fidelity and monogamy, and if they have a morsel of self awareness, they empathize with Tennessee taxpayers.

But they have no answers.  What liberals do say (implausibly) is this: "the problem is that there is not enough sex education in public schools".  So let's take a look at what goes on in "sex-ed" classes. The teacher says "I recommend abstinence, but just in case, here's how to put on a condom." The two lessons are incompatible. No credibility.
Delving deeper, a pernicious combination of public education and public welfare (again mandated by federal government) has taught and incentivized poor females to be impregnated out of wedlock. While claiming to be the victims of  their male companions, they are really collaborators while acting according to their perceived self interest, sometimes consciously and at other times in an addictive fashion. This is the only plausible explanation for their behavior. The alternative would be to say they are stupid and uneducated concerning sex, which they are not.
When a liberal says that his concern is for the Tennessee taxpayer, then we conservatives think that he would be consistent and correct to say that government should axe "sex education" and de-incentivize "children's services". Government needs to understand that unwelcome societal behaviors are of its own making.
